cover for speak magazine r.i.p. dc designed and art directed the second issue of Speak magazine. Originally promoted as a ‘fashion’ magazine for gen x’ers, dc helped steer it towards social issues and assigned or recommended the majority of the articles in the second issue. DC redesigned the logo, which the magazine later adopted. Illustration by John Huggins.
